Purchase Terms and Conditions

  •  General Provisions

    1.1. These terms and conditions of purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding document for the Parties, which establishes the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the online store.

    1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Terms at any time in accordance with legal requirements. The Buyer is informed of such changes on the online store’s website. The Terms in force at the time of placing an order apply when shopping in the online store.

    1.3. The right to purchase in the online store is granted to: 1.3.1. legally capable natural persons, i.e., individuals who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order; 1.3.2. minors aged 14 to 18 years, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently manage their income; 1.3.3. legal entities; 1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the aforementioned persons.

    1.4. By confirming the Terms, the Seller also guarantees that, based on Clause 1.3, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store.

    1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, after forming a shopping cart, specifying the delivery address, selecting a payment method, and reviewing the Seller’s Terms, clicks the "Buy" button (see Clause 5 "Ordering Goods, Prices, Payment Procedure, and Terms").

    1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store.


    Protection of Personal Data

    2.1. The Buyer can order goods in the online store by: 2.1.1. registering in the online store and entering the requested registration data.

    2.2. When ordering goods as described in Clause 2.1, the Buyer must provide the necessary personal data in the relevant fields required for proper order fulfillment: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address.

    2.3. By confirming these Terms, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided in Clause 2.2 will be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the online store and for the Seller’s business analysis.

    2.4. By agreeing to the processing of personal data for the purpose of selling goods and services in the Seller's online store, the Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages necessary for order fulfillment via the email address provided.


    Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

    3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms and other information sections of the online store.

    3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract with the online store and request a refund or exchange goods for quality items only if defects are found. Otherwise, under the Lithuanian Minister of Economy’s order on the rules for the return and exchange of goods (Clause 17), goods may only be returned or exchanged with the Seller’s consent. When purchasing services, the Buyer may request a refund only if the service was not provided due to the Seller's fault. In other cases, refunds are not issued unless the Seller decides otherwise.

    3.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and services and pay the agreed price.

    3.4. If the Buyer's registration details change, the Buyer must update them immediately.

    3.5. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and undertakes to comply with them and applicable Lithuanian laws.


    Seller’s Rights and Obligations

    4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all necessary conditions for the Buyer to properly use the online store services.

    4.2. If the Buyer attempts to compromise the stability and security of the Seller’s online store or violates obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.

    4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy and protect their personal information provided in the online store registration form.

    4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer’s specified address and provide the purchased services.


    Ordering Goods, Prices, Payment Procedure, and Terms

    5.1. The Buyer can shop in the online store 24/7.

    5.2. The contract becomes valid from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Buy" button.

    5.3. The prices of goods in the online store and in the placed order are indicated in Euros, including VAT.

    5.4. The Buyer pays for the goods using one of the following methods: 5.4.1. Online banking – advance payment (immediately after placing the order) using the Buyer’s online banking system. Responsibility for data security in this case lies with the respective bank, as all financial transactions take place within the bank's online banking system via the Paysera payment platform.


    Delivery of Goods

    6.1. The Buyer must provide an exact delivery address when selecting a delivery service.

    6.2. The Buyer must accept the goods in person. If the Buyer cannot receive the goods personally and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer cannot claim against the Seller for delivery to an incorrect recipient.

    6.3. Goods are delivered by the Seller, an authorized courier, or registered mail (depending on the selected delivery method).

    6.4. The Seller delivers the goods based on the timeframes specified in the product descriptions. These deadlines are indicative and do not apply in cases where the Seller’s warehouse lacks the required goods, in which case the Buyer is informed. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases, the Seller must contact the Buyer to arrange delivery conditions.

    6.5. The Seller is exempt from liability for delivery delays if the goods are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

    6.6. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the package is received in damaged condition, contains incorrect items, an incorrect quantity, or an incomplete set.

    6.7. If package damage is noticed upon delivery, the Buyer must note this on the courier's delivery document or complete a separate damage report in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so releases the Seller from liability for any packaging-related damage.

    6.8. When purchasing a service, an order confirmation is sent to the Buyer’s email.

    6.9. Free delivery is available for orders exceeding 60 EUR.


    Final Provisions

    9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided. If inaccurate data is provided, the Seller is not responsible for any resulting consequences and has the right to seek compensation for direct losses.

    9.2. The Buyer is responsible for actions performed using the online store.

    9.3. If a third party accesses the online store using the Buyer's login credentials, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.

    9.4. The Seller is released from any liability if damages arise because the Buyer did not follow the Seller’s recommendations or obligations outlined in these Terms.

    9.5. The Buyer and Seller resolve disputes by negotiation or through Lithuanian legal regulations.
