Product Delivery/Return Terms

TERMS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY:
All products ordered online are delivered by our partner – UAB “Itella Logistics.”

Door-to-door courier delivery. Choosing this option means the courier will deliver your order directly to your home or another specified location. The courier will call you before arriving. A delivery fee of €3.95 applies.

Parcel locker delivery. When your package is delivered to a Pickup parcel locker, you will receive an SMS notification. You must collect your order within 7 calendar days. If the order is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the seller. A delivery fee of €3.95 applies.

If you do not collect your package within the specified time, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Free delivery for orders over €60!

If you place an order and complete the payment on a working day before 12 PM, your order will be delivered the next working day, or at the latest, the following working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and delivered on the next working day, or at the latest, the following working day.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of payment, please contact us via email or phone.
Important! Some products may have a non-standard delivery time. The exact delivery time for each item is specified on the product page.
RETURN POLICY:
Defective products can be exchanged or returned in accordance with the rules established by the Lithuanian Minister of Economy’s Order No. 217 of June 29, 2001, “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items.”
